How Elevate Company handles the data sent through the contact form on elevatecompany.bg.

What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and message. The site uses no cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare a proposal and contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
No longer than needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting collaboration, after which it is deleted.
Who has access
Only the Elevate team. Data is stored with our hosting provider SuperHosting.BG in the European Union. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to it, by writing to hello@elevatecompany.bg. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
